Cambridge Open Studios 2015

   display

I am going to be taking part in Open Studios again this year. This is a lovely opportunity to come and visit the studio, and also to see some of my larger pieces in the garden. You might shelter from the sun in the living willow dome - it was planted last year and is looking great, or the outdoor workshop space next to the studio, or explore the 2 acres of lovely garden.

SalixArts will be open on the weekends 2 and 3 (11th,12th, and 18th,19th July), from 11am until 6pm.

I will have a range of things for sale including tiny willow birds, floating ‘living’ pond sculpture, baskets in many shapes and sizes, platters and trays, plant supports and planters, flower and dragonfly garden sculptures, bird tables and anything else I might come up with over the next few months. For several years I have been the only basketmaker taking part, but this year there will be 4 of us to go and visit in the region. So if you love baskets you have a treat in store this July. Check out the work of Nadine Anderson in Ely (weekends 1,2,3 & 4), Sally Roach in Cambridge (weekends 1 & 4) and Jane Frost in Ely (weekends 2 & 3)
